DR. ELLIE GLEGG
Abi was recommended to us by a builder we approached regarding a garage conversion and single storey rear extension. She came to meet with us before the project began and I instantly felt she understood the challenges we had with the current downstairs layout. She listened to our ideas, needs and discussed with us how she works.
I enjoyed how she offers a workshop to begin the design process and listens to what you need/want whilst offering an architects flare. She also considered how the space she designed would include all the design/storage and practical features we needed. Her eye for interior design has also been helpful. She especially understood the needs of our growing family, future proofing our ideas and home.
Our planning permission application was submitted by Abi and she navigated the whole process going above and beyond assisting us to get the decision notice we wanted. This highly stressful process was made much easier by her involvement.
Abi is readily available and a down to earth, personable architect. Abi was superb from beginning to end we cannot recommend her enough!

She's been with us every step of the way, from measuring up, design workshops, planning applications and mentorship on how to tender for builders. 'I moved to a smaller property following the death of my wife, and I was aware that the Kitchen needed extending. Abigail Tice was recommended to me and I decided to use her architectural advice regarding the design and finding a suitable Builder.
She was extremely helpful and produced some very good drawings showing the existing layout and the proposed extension, including the position of replacement kitchen equipment and units that I am very pleased with.
In addition, she came to a meeting with several builders and made sure that they included for all the necessary work, she organised the supply of all the new kitchen units and equipment and organised the Structural Engineer and Building Control contacts.

'We were looking to merge two bedrooms and create a large master bedroom with en-suite, however despite numerous bathroom designers attending we didn’t feel they were the right fit, nor were they able to give us everything that we wanted within both rooms and our budget. Then we found Abi who instantly understood what we were after, she created several designs until we got it just right, and she was also able to achieve everything we wanted which other designers said was not possible. We cannot recommend her enough, everyone comments on our bedroom/ en-suite, she went over and above everything we imagined and we couldn’t be happier with the transformation.'
